π’ BitMart Withdrawal Issues β More Users Are Coming Forward
This is not an isolated case.
Since our previous public statement regarding BitMartβs ongoing withdrawal issues, we have received 100+ messages from affected users worldwide reporting similar problems.
The message above is just one example.
Users are reporting:
β Withdrawals repeatedly failing
β Funds remaining inaccessible
β Little or no meaningful explanation from BitMart
β Support tickets remaining unresolved
π Complaints coming from users across different countries
In the example shown above, a BitMart user from the Czech Republic reports approximately $8,000 worth of assets affected, including NEO and DASH, after multiple failed withdrawal attempts.
We are collecting these reports, screenshots, transaction records, and other evidence from affected users.
BitMart should understand that this is no longer something that can simply be ignored.
We are currently reviewing the information received from users and evaluating the appropriate legal and regulatory steps against BitMart if these withdrawal issues remain unresolved.
If you are also experiencing withdrawal problems with BitMart, you can contact us and provide your experience and supporting evidence.
The more evidence we receive, the stronger the case becomes.
We will continue to keep the community informed.

π¨ BITMART: 47 DAYS β NO TXID. SCAM by BitMart β 0/12 CONFIRMATIONS. STILL βPROCESSING.β
π¨ On 26 July 2026, three withdrawal requests were created from a BitMart institutional account:
π° 21,898.086448 USDT πͺ 926,634.6 SNC
π° 255.704753 USDT
Total outstanding: 22,153.791201 USDT + 926,634.6 SNC.
On 11 September 2026 β more than 47 days later β BitMartβs interface still shows all three withdrawals as βProcessingβ, with 0/12 confirmations, no completion date and βTXID: No Record.β
Even more disturbing: the same account history shows that a smaller withdrawal of 4,332.39 SNC was successfully completed on 27 July, while the substantially larger withdrawals remained blocked.
β οΈ Forty-seven days without a visible blockchain transaction is no longer a minor processing delay. It is an extraordinary failure that demands immediate answers.
BitMartβs management must either:
π₯ release the assets immediately, or π₯ provide a precise, transaction-specific and legally verifiable reason for withholding them.
If no legitimate legal, compliance or security basis exists, regulators and law-enforcement authorities should urgently investigate whether this conduct constitutes unlawful withholding, misappropriation, fraud or another criminal offence.
After 47 days, silence and a permanent βProcessingβ status are simply unacceptable.
π§Ύ The transaction records have been preserved. π The transaction IDs, amounts and timestamps are documented. βοΈ Accountability must follow.
Release the assets. Publish the TXIDs. Explain the 47-day delay.
