Sentinel Security Tactical Officers were flagged down by a community member indicating that he had witnessed someone being robbed at knife-point.
Sentinel Security Tactical Officers located the suspect and swiftly detained him.
Stolen goods in the suspect's possession were recovered, including several pairs of top-labelled sneakers.
The victim was brought to identify the suspect and positively identified him as the perpetrator.

E-HAILING DRIVER ARRESTED
Sentinel Security Control Room received a community alert that a passenger was being held captive by an e-hailing driver.
A description of the vehicle was circulated. Sentinel Security teams swiftly located the vehicle, stopping the driver to obtain further information.
Investigation revealed that the driver refused to release a passenger after they had insufficient funds to cover the fare - taking the passenger approximately 10 kilometers off course from the intended drop-off location.
Case handed over to SAPS for further investigation and processing.
