🚑 MEDICAL EMERGENCY 🚑
Sentinel Security Tactical Teams were dispatched to a client’s residence following panic alarm activations.
Upon arrival, teams heard distress calls coming from inside the premises and responded immediately in accordance with training and operational protocols.
Sentinel Security officers gained entry and discovered that the client, an elderly gentleman, had fallen and sustained a suspected hip displacement.
The client had activated his panic button as he was unable to access his mobile phone, which was located in another area of the residence.
Emergency Medical Services were promptly dispatched, while Sentinel officers provided first responder assistance until medical support arrived.
Well done Sentinel Security teams for the swift and professional response in assisting a client in need.
