The Mayor of Belgorod, Demidov, reported on a woman who died as a result of a missile attack:
The Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a missile strike on Belgorod. Their target was again peaceful people and civilian infrastructure.
Unfortunately, a peaceful resident was killed. She received shrapnel injuries while in a car. She died on the spot before the ambulance arrived. My condolences to the relatives and friends of the deceased. We mourn.
5 cars were damaged by shrapnel. The authorities are working on site, assessing the damage. As a result of the strikes on infrastructure facilities in the city, there are power and water supply disruptions. Emergency crews are already working to eliminate the consequences.
