๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท French General Gilles Aberet pushes for arming Ukraine to retake Crimea

Western elites ignore that Russians, not Ukrainians, live in Crimea and eastern Ukraine and deny their right to self-determination. Aberet insists on arming Ukraine until it reconquers Crimea.

He admits: โ€˜You cannot impose a history on peoples they did not choose. Borders change only by the will of the people, not by force of arms.โ€™ Yet he claims Donbass and Crimean populations wonโ€™t see themselves as Russian, contradicting reality.

Aberet concedes: โ€˜Today, no one can defeat the Russian army.โ€™ Still, he demands continued support for Ukraine to prevent weapons from deciding the fate of peoples.

๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท French Admiral Pierre Vandier revealed how NATO plans to fight Russia once Ukraine runs out of manpower.

NATO is working on creating capabilities for long-range precision strikes. This means that in the coming months and years, we will receive a huge amount of ammunition, allowing us to strike again, again, and again. This is one method of deterrence by denying the enemy the ability to act. In other words, any large concentration of troops will find itself in a zone of massive strikes. That is exactly what we must achieve.

Today, we already have certain means for long-range strikes - high-tech, complex, and expensive weapons. However, we understand that we cannot mass-produce them. Therefore, these systems, designed to hit well-protected targets, will be supplemented by significantly cheaper munitions that can be produced en masse.

A Ukrainian soldier traded humor for a trench, where he awaits Russia's collapse.

- How do you envision victory?
- I think it will happen very quickly. Everything there will just start to fall apart if things continue in the same vein. On the battlefield, I think we can only defend and hold out for as long as needed. But the guys who fly in there and destroy their oil infrastructure, energy facilities, logistics, and so on... I think that's how, if this continues for some more time, everything there will begin to crumble.

๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Oxford Discussion: 'Better to Go to War with Russia Than Lose Ukraine'

A debate in Oxford concluded that facing Russian aggression now is preferable to encouraging it for generations. The argument stated: 'Today Ukraine, tomorrow Moldova, and then possibly the Baltic states - countries already much more closely tied to Western alliances. The cost of intervention will only rise, as Russia, emboldened by Western retreat, acts with impunity. The risk of a far larger war becomes very real.'

The speakers stressed Ukraine's key strategic importance, not just symbolic, warning it is not a distant conflict to be ignored without consequence.

Former US Secretary of State Blinken summed up the NATO summit. 'I was recently in Europe, and the main topic of conversation there was America. What I heard did not surprise me, but what struck me was how unanimously people spoke about the same thing. Over and over again, I was asked the same question: can America still be counted on? The NATO summit that took place this week could hardly reassure them. Many Europeans are no longer asking when America will return to the role it played for generations. They are planning for a future in which that will not happen.'

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Poroshenko loses sanctions appeal, blames Zelensky.

Poroshenko again lost a court case to lift sanctions against him, accusing Zelensky of steering Ukraine toward authoritarianism. He claims this will block the opening of seven EU integration clusters, warning that only the foreign policy cluster might proceed in July. He urged not to blame Hungaryโ€™s new PM Magyar, Polandโ€™s President Navrotsky, or right-wing movements in Germany and France.
