A high-performing #RRB #General #Manager was denied #promotion due to a #vigilance inquiry triggered by an ₹8 lakh video made for a G20 summit, despite approval from #NABARD and the #Finance #Ministry.

He followed orders, delivered quality work under tight deadlines, yet was penalized for not floating a #tender. The incident highlights how fear of vigilance stifles #innovation and #leadership in India’s public sector banks, risking their competitiveness with private banks.
