Members : 4 Male and 1 Female
Interview Duration : Around 10-15 Minutes
I was prepared for the interview in English Language but they started it in Hindi..so it is always better to synchronise with them.. although if you want to change the language ; take proper permission from them and then continue.
I entered the room after Document Verification and Biometrics.
Me : Wishing all the panel members
Chairman : Good Morning Gaurav Ji. Take Your Seat. Apne Bare me kuch batiye.
Me : Told
Chairman : Toh Apne Btech Mechanical se kiya h. Uske bad kya kiya.
Me : Told them honestly.
Chairman : Mtech kis field se kiya h apne.
Me : Told
M1 : 5 Coal mines ke bare me batiye.
Me : In Dhanbad or in Jharkhand
M1 : Koi bhi.
Me : Told.
Chairman : Gaurav apka Mtech Project kya tha..?
Me : Told them in brief.
Chairman : Ab aap banking m kyu shift kar rahe h..apne post graduation bhi kiya hua h..?
Me : Told
Some of the panel members were not looking satisfied with my answers but the thing is to keep on smiling face full of confidence and proper eye contact
Chairman asking M2 to ask some questions
M2 : Banking se aap kya samjhte h..kya hai banking.
Me : Told
M2 : Thoda aur detail m bataiye
Me : Tried to explain more.
M2 ( smiles ) : Are cross selling rural areas m kaha hoti h itni.
chaliye khair bank se paisa nikalne ke kya tareeke hote h..?
Me : Told
M2 : Aur batiye..!!
Me : Trying to Remember.
Chairman sir started giving Hints
Me : Told
F1 : NABARD kya h..? aur iske roles kya h..?
Me : Told
Chairman : Okay theek h..jaiye aap BEST OF LUCK
Me : Wishing all the panel members.
Marks in Interview : 71/100
Mains Marks : 102/200
