Lent is the period when faithful Christians prepare for Easter, Christs ressurection. During this period believers spend in penance, almsgiving, and abstain from various foods.. If any weakness or temptation were to come during Lent we should remember how Christ suffered on the Cross for humanity's sins and from that Christians should draw strength. God be bless you and God give you strength !
On March 5, 1953 one of the most evil men in history died Joseph Stalin.. The man who persecuted Christians, caused the Holodomor genocide, enslaved Eastern Europe. It is thought that during his tyranicall reign more than 30 million died.. In horror we must watch as Russians still revere this man and forget how much suffering that he caused. May his soul rot in hell for eternity.
Lithuanian freedom fighters who fought the USSR between 1944-1953. Their war for Lithuanian independence is largely unknown. After the German retreat the Lithuanians rised up and formed the Lithuanian Freedom army to fight the communist invaders and wanted to protect what they held scared: their nation, their Christian faith. At their height they managed to liberate most of the country and had about 50 thousand men. In 1949 they formed a nationalist partisan government and declared the nation independent. This wouldnt last.. After series of NKVD infiltrations the Freedom fighter movement began to weaken.. The promised support from the West never came and in 1953 the movement died down even though small groups continued to resist.. Today they are regarded as heroes of Lithuania and a constant target of Jewish lies who want to discredit the Freedom fighter movement.
