🎓 Call for Applications: SEARCA Research Scholarship AY 2026–2027
The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) is now accepting applications for its Research Scholarship Program, which provides financial support of up to USD 6,000 to ongoing Master's and PhD students conducting research on agriculture and rural development in Southeast Asia.

🌱 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be:
✅ A Southeast Asian national enrolled in a Master's or PhD programme;
✅ Currently conducting research with an approved thesis/dissertation proposal related to SEARCA's priority thrusts;
✅ Expected to complete all research activities, including manuscript writing, within one year from the date of award.

🌾 Research Areas
Research should support SEARCA's Five-Year Development Plan: Sustainable Transformation of Agricultural Systems through Innovation in Southeast Asia (SUSTAIN Southeast Asia), focusing on:

• Food security and nutrition
• Climate resilience
• Sustainable agricultural systems
• Farmers' welfare and empowerment

• Rural development and innovation
