Synthomer Graduate Leadership Programme is a 2-year programme that offers highly qualified university graduates with excellent career prospects and a unique opportunity to create a group-wide network of like-minded colleagues.

We will work with you in creating a customised programme that focuses on helping you to grow professionally in your desired discipline.

Relevant qualifications based on tracks :-

📌Commercial (Commercial with exposure in Procurement): at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Finance, International Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Data Analytics, Chemistry, Engineering or any related field
📌Operations (Pure Engineering) - at least Bachelor’s Degree in in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Material or any related Engineering field
📌Technology (R&D) – at least Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Polymer/ Material Engineering any related Science/ Engineering field
📌Finance: at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Commerce and/or professional accounting qualification eg. ACCA, CIMA etc.
