QUESTION

What is the correct question tag for the sentence: “She ought to apologise, …”?

Technically, for modal verbs such as “ought to”, “have to” and “used to”, the tag uses the modal verb without “to”. The “to” is actually part of the main verb. So, the correct form would be:
She ought to apologise, oughtn’t she?
This follows the same pattern as:
She has to apologise, hasn’t she?
With “used to”, the techncally correct form is:
She used to apologise, usedn’t she?
However, most native English speakers today would not use this form. We would say:
She used to apologise, didn’t she?

QUESTION

In the sentence, " The train…at six o'clock, so we'd better go to the station now" should I use 'leaves' or 'is leaving'?

Technically, you should use “leaves”— the simple present tense — since this is a scheduled event, and events that happen in the future according to a schedule are expressed in the simple present tense.
However, it is also possible to use “is leaving”—the present continuous tense — if for some reason the time of the train’s departure is not based on a fixed schedule, but has been decided at random, or has been set at six o’clock specifically for that particular occasion.

QUESTION

Which is correct: "I am disappointed in you" or "I am disappointed with you"?

I’m a linguist, or linguistic scientist.
I deal in grammaticality and not in “correctness”.
Both in the dialects of English I’m familiar with are grammatical. There is a bit of a semantic-pragmatic difference The form with “in” may imply a general disappointment where the one with “with” might imply a particular disappointment with a particular action but not a general disappointment.
I’m not sure though that that holds across all dialects or individual native speakers.

QUESTION

Could you use the verb ‘live’ in the correct tense to complete the following sentence: "I ___ in Paris for five years before I moved to Rome”?

The simple past tense “lived” is the only tense that is logically and grammatically possible in this sentence:
I lived in Paris for five years before I moved to Rome.
We do not use the past perfect tense in this case because the conjunction “before” establishes quite clearly the time sequence involved in the two actions, living and moving.
Here are some other examples that use the simple past tense in the main clause when “before” is the conjunction for the adverb clause of time:
She turned off the lights before she left the office.
My wallet was stolen before I got off the bus.
It stopped raining just before the game began.
