The senate has to confirm the two Utah Supreme Court picks by the governor. The senate wants to hear from the citizens. I will have to do some more digging before I have an opinion on the nominees.

In Utah code 63H-1 -202 (7) MIDA is able to create its own special appeals board for GRAMA. How well does this work out for the public? If MIDA refuses a GRAMA request it can create its own appeals board so it can refuse the request again. That is not right and does not bring transparency to the public.

I think about our elections constantly. The proof of fraud is unequivocal. What do we do? This is a defining moment in the history of America. If our elections can't be secured we are done for. We are no better than a banana republic. I ask everyone to pray for miracles to secure our elections. There are so many citizens working on it and doing all they can.

This sunset in Bountiful tonight was stunning!

Today at work I had C-SPAN on because they had historians talking about D-Day. When I look at this picture I wonder who each person was. How old were they? What was their family like? What were their hopes and dreams? The debt of gratitude we owe to them is impossible to repay. Thank you to the heros of D-Day. You will never be forgotten.

MIDA (Military installation development Authority) is doing the Box Elder data center project. It is important to know that MIDA has projects all over the state and MIDA does not have to adhere to the land use zoning or regulatory authority of the cities or counties in which these projects take place. This is a carve out of our Constitutional Republic. The people elected to govern those geographic areas are made null in void. The citizens never agreed to this kind of an arrangement. This is a gutting of our form of government.

Let's think about the enumerated powers in the Constitution. The Biden administration was trying to regulate showerheads. The genius of the Constitution is the fragmentation of power. As power conglomerates individual liberty decreases.

The executive order about data centers specifically excludes independent entities. MIDA is an independent entity and the Box Elder data center is one of its projects. It is exempt!
