The thing that “never happens” happened again.

For years, the media and the DC Establishment have told you that election fraud is a myth.

They said requiring proof of citizenship was “extreme.”

Then another court ruling drops. And suddenly, the thing that “never happens” keeps happening.

I’m still fighting to pass the SAVE America Act. Because only American citizens should vote in American elections. Not non-residents. Not illegal immigrants. Not the people the system “accidentally” leaves on the rolls year after year after year.

Senator Cullimore was on my Citizen Zoom call last night. We talked about the Utah Supreme Court. We have a situation that may never happen again where five justices will be named to the bench in a year's time.

Jay Jorgensen and Stephen Dent were just appointed to the Utah Supreme Court by Governor Spencer Cox on June 2, 2026, filling two newly created seats following the court's expansion from five to seven justices. Both are first-time judges; Jorgensen serves as senior counsel for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, while Dent is an Assistant United States Attorney in St. George.

Their appointments come amid significant changes to the court, including the recent resignation of Justice Diana Hagen and the upcoming retirement of Chief Justice Matthew Durrant, leaving two additional vacancies expected to be filled later in 2026. Governor Cox has now appointed six of the court's seven sitting justices.

We need a lot more of this!

MIDA is not just an advisory board. It has vast powers given to an appointed board.

Election integrity is still the most important issue we are facing in America.

MIDA uses public funds and public private partnerships (PPPs). Although public funds are used, information about who the private partner is are protected records. Let's break that down. The government hand picks a private corporation which disrupts the free market, that corporation is paid with tax dollars without the public knowing who it is. That is not transparency and that is not right.
