The boys got me to go on one of the rides in The District. The weather was so beautiful so it made it really nice to be there.
Yesterday I was concerned at first when I saw the smoke from Antelope Island, but then we found out it was a controlled burn. There was a lot of smoke.
Every person needs to read this article about certain voter rolls in Utah. This article was written by Fred Hayes Impact Chair 1.

"According to State election records it is Rush Valley, Utah where you’ll commonly find twenty-two persons of the identical name, all with distinct voter registrations and pairs of them each sharing one of ten different PO Boxes and most with disparate ages?"

As a Utah citizen I request a financial audit and a special purpose audit of MIDA and its subsidiaries.
Well said Phil Lyman: "This so-called ‘comprehensive citizenship review’ from the Lieutenant Governor’s office is not a true audit of Utah’s voter rolls, and we must not pretend otherwise.

They reviewed 2,069,640 records, but SAVE, the key federal database for verifying immigration and citizenship status, was only applied to 71,256 records. That’s a tiny fraction of the full voter file. Of those, over 8,900 couldn’t be confirmed as citizens. Another 2,555 records weren’t submitted to SAVE at all due to missing or bad data.

After manual review of just 11,431 flagged records, they still found 27 confirmed noncitizens (already removed), 25 likely noncitizens, and left 5,007 registrants whose citizenship status could not be confirmed. While they claim 99.72% are “verifiably” citizens, that relies heavily on self-attestation, old registrations without SSN/DL data, and Driver License Division matches, not rigorous, full-scale federal verification.
A real audit would run the entire voter registration list through SAVE and other federal databases, not just a narrow subset after DLD screening.

This was a limited, tiered review that leaves thousands unconfirmed and far too much room for error.

Utah voters deserve better than this faux audit. Real election integrity means demanding full, systematic verification of every record using all available tools, no exceptions. We will keep pushing until only eligible American citizens are on our rolls. Our elections are too important to settle for half-measures.

I will be sharing details about the data center that explain why this issue is so important.

I can't believe the California house passed the "Stop Nick Shirley Act". It is a blantant violation of the First Amendment and Nick Shirley exposed massive fraud in California. What do you do when politicians want the fraud, don't agree with the Constitution, and will use their authority to enforce it? This is a scary time for a state that was so beautiful. We know the California voter rolls are full of anomalies. You can't really trust the elections. There is a lot of work to do there.

Federalism Update for Utah!
HB 488 was sponsored by Rep Ivory and Senator Stratton in 2025. It created the National Federalism Initiative.

HB 488 requires an annual Federalism Summit.

The summit will be held on August 11th and 12th in 2026. People will come to Utah from across the country to attend.

A booth has been reserved at the NCSL to inform legislators about this event. Representative Jen Daily-Provost will be doing a webinar on May 28th at 7:00 p.m. with the objective to reach out to democrats and help them understand why federalism is so important and why they should be interested in it. Senator Tonya Anderson, a democrat from Georgia, has agreed to participate in the webinar as well.

I will be sharing details about the data center that explain why this issue is so important.
Gov Cox issued an executive order about Data Centers. It is very interesting that the Box Elder Data Center and others done by MIDA would NOT be included. The order specifically said: "Agency does not include:an independent entity as defined in Utah Code § 63E-1-102."

So data centers actually being built by the free market will have higher levels of scrutiny. Independent Entities are a serious concern. They are not under the jurisdiction of our republic where the people have the power. They govern themselves by an appointed board.

Transparency is key. The more eyes on something the more difficult it is to do something unethical.
If you are going to benefit from something financially if changes the way you look at it. It makes a person bias and hampers their ability to put the tax payers first. That is just human nature.
If you want to know what it means that MIDA is an independent entity tune in Monday at 9:00 pm. This is a very important topic and citizens need to be aware.
