Please do keep in mind that LG Henderson shares two main types of data (voter registration data and motor vehicle department (MVD/DMV) licensing and identification data)
with ERIC (the Electronic Registration Information Center) on a regular basis—typically at least every 60 days. ERIC is a PRIVATE organization started by a left-wing activist David Becker. The double standard is insufferable.

Here is the recording from the Zoom call last night. Thank you to everyone who joined. It was a very informative discussion about the weaknesses America and Utah has in its election system.

Every method to stop illegals from voting must be employed. Leave no stone unturned to secure our elections. Citizens have the right to vote. If noncitizens vote they are disenfranchising citizens' votes.

That is very interesting. I was not aware that that was a possibility. This MUST be corrected.

On the Zoom call on Monday Dr. Walter Daughterity said that it takes only one line of computer code to change a million votes. If you compare that to changing a million paper ballots it would be incredibly more difficult. He has his PhD in computer science. You can listen to his full presentation below.

Here is a perfect example of how illegal immigration is making life more expensive for citizens. Remember that the government makes no money if its own; it takes money out of the pocket of tax payers.

Thanks to Judicial Watch, our lawsuit just uncovered New York City’s multimillion-dollar FEMA spending spree to house and feed migrants. $188 million spent on illegal aliens instead of border protection. @TomFitton
This is big news! The Supreme Court case Trump v. Slaughter (docket 25-332), decided on June 29, 2026, in a 6-3 ruling allows the president to fire individuals from "independent" agencies. This is exactly what he just did.

Surprise! Surprise! The Biden Border Invasion has driven up the cost of housing. Between 2021 and 2024, the foreign-born population in the U.S. increased by more than 6 million — the largest such influx over a short period in American history. The most important thing we can do for our kids is demand no tax benefits to those here illegally. It is time for Utah to take action.

Dr. Walter Daughterity was on our Citizen Zoom call on Monday. He said that Salt Lake County uses Dominion voting machines. Dominion machines are direct recording entry or DRE machines. There is a touch screen to vote, but there is no print out for the voter and no way to audit those elections. Texas will not allow Dominion machines for this reason. Here is a link to the Zoom:

Dr. Daughterity talked about the No Ink Poll Pads that are used in a number of counties in Utah for elections. The No Ink Poll Pads have insecure connections over Port 80. Because the connection is unencrypted, any device between the browser and the server (such as an ISP, router, or network monitor) can read or modify the content in transit. Never should an insecure connection be used with elections. This needs to be stopped in Utah. Listen to his full presentation at the link below.

Today has been such a busy day because our missionary has his homecoming tomorrow, but I was able to connect with several of our texting chairs for Utah Citizens for the Constitution. I am so grateful for all of them. I found this part of the Utah Constitution that explicitly forbids a small group of people from having authority as if they were a government entity. I'm sure the authors of the Utah Constitution are rolling over in their graves because of the power given to MIDA and other independent entities. Please copy and paste the following talking point and send it to your Utah legislators:
The Utah Constitution Article VI, Section 28 is titled Special Privileges Forbidden: "The Legislature shall not delegate to any special commission, private corporation or association, any power to make, supervise or interfere with any municipal improvement, money, property or effects, whether held in trust or otherwise, to levy taxes, to select a capitol site, or to perform any municipal functions." This provision is a structural safeguard designed to prevent the Legislature from handing over core governmental powers to unelected or narrowly created bodies. This is precisely what has happened with MIDA.
