I saw Tammy Flake at the Moms for America event last night. She is chair of Impact Text Group 62. I am so grateful for all she does.
Cari Bartholomew is the state director for Moms for America. They speak out clearly on protecting the youth from sexually explicit material. That is the reason I got involved with public policy 16 years ago.
Yesterday I drove to Heber and had a wonderful lunch with members of Utah Citizens for the Constitution that live up there. We talked about how just ten constituents texting their state legislators really can influence them.
Our lunch was at the Overlook Restaurant in Heber. I loved these fireplaces they had.
Let's all be a part of this day of prayer on May 17th! America cannot continue without protection and help from God.

This will be so informative. It is Saturday morning. Don't miss it!
Look at how much money is going to welfare programs. Think of the amount of fraud that has occurred with tax payer dollars in connection with these programs. The federal government has NO constitutional jurisdiction to be involved with welfare. That was reserved to the states. The states should be managing their own welfare programs and the federal government should be out of it completely. If we had followed the Constitution our welfare programs would be more efficient and there would be less fraud. America has paid a heavy price for not following the Constitution. If you want to review the enumerated powers look at Article 1 Section 8.
This event is this evening! It will be a great way to visit with Phil.
Join us virtually, tomorrow, May 17, at 5:00pm for the commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the National Day of Fasting and Prayer. George Washington will read the original 1776 proclamation and Sen. Keven Stratton will offer the rededication prayer. Please visit www.utaheagleforum.org for more information.
I am with Ana Benson. She is the chair for Impact Text Group 50. She is from Peru. I am so grateful we can work together. She is amazing. So often people from other countries are the strongest defenders of our liberties because they have lived without them.
Enough is enough. I can't take the fraud any longer. Our elections are everything.
This is what Utah needs to pass. It is time for citizens to be treated like their rights and tax payer dollars are respected.

"Remember when the left told us that NO illegal immigrants were getting taxpayer-funded healthcare?

Well, here comes the plot twist.

In Davidson County, TN officials are reportedly losing their minds - because according to reports, illegal-immigrant families could lose their kids' free government healthcare if they cannot verify legal status.

This all happened because Now Tennessee passed a law requiring verification. So now... county officials are admitting that the kids of people who CANNOT prove they are here legally have been getting taxpayer-funded benefits the entire time."

Utah need to leave ERIC!

Our talking point for this week deals with the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC).
ERIC is a private organization that is supposed to help member states "maintain" their voter rolls by providing information about voters who move across state lines. The question has been asked what does a state do to get this information if they leave ERIC? The reality is that ERIC gets its information from the U.S. Postal Service National Change of Address (NCOA) Database. ERIC says so on its website. States can access this information directly. ERIC is simply the middle man. Utah needs to leave ERIC because they are violating our data privacy rights and they don't even require member states to remove names from their voter role that shouldn't be there.
This is going to be a great event on Thursday. Don't miss it. Men and Women are invited from any location in Utah!
I am just sick about the fact that Utah is increasing a house seat for the democrats. The republicans will still gain.

With Democrats gaining six from California and Utah, the GOP appears poised for a net swing of at least eight but as high as 11, which could prove decisive to holding the House.

Way to go England! My husband and I have a deep love for this country. My husband served an LDS mission there and I did a study abroad in London. We support the people there standing for their freedoms. It is bad for the whole world if England continues to diminish individual liberty.
