I am not surprised that the study found so many apps out of compliance.

The study, which tested 100 EdTech applications used across the state, found that 52% of apps with Data Privacy Agreements collected at least one data element not contractually permitted. Additionally, 36% of the tested applications shared student data with advertising entities. Some apps sent student data to dozens of ad-tech recipients, including individual applications that communicated with 32, 33, and 54 advertising entities.

I am so happy to see that charges have been filed against David Morens. This should just the beginning of prosecution to hold people accountable for the covid fraud. No prison sentence will bring back family members that died from the virus, the shot, or the hospital protocols.

I will be at this interim committee tomorrow. PIDs will be talked about and if the cities that approve their creation should have to put that bond debt on their financial sheets. I can tell you the answer is yes! Those pushing PIDs don't want the cities to have any accountability for the bonds, even though they are approved by the cities and then allow the developers to issue municipal bonds. Ultimately PIDs have to be completely undone.
I am at the Political Subdivisions committee. The discussion today is about PIDs. The auditor just said there are 115 PIDs out of compliance.
President Adams is suing four individuals for defamation. That will also give those being sued the opportunity to share more about some of the things that are going on with tax payer dollars, PIDs, and taxation without representation.

Talking Point for 8/19 to 8/29! Please send to state legislators.

Many counties in Utah use KNOWiNK Poll Pads to run their elections. Dr. Walter Daughterity has his PhD in computer science and explained that KNOWiNK poll pads show many network connections that are allowed on insecure port 80. Please watch this short clip. Please support a bill to prohibit any insecure connections on poll pads.

Today in the interim Political Subdivisions committee PIDs were discussed. The finance division for the State of Utah prepared some information. This slide explained that the PIDs shift the cost of infrastructure onto the citizens. Don't forget infrastructure can be PRIVATELY owned buildings. That is the exploitation of the Utah tax payer.
This slide explains that the APPOINTED PID board is able to issue the PID tax or you could also say a second property tax. There is no truth in taxation. This is taxation without representation.
I am at the Federalism Commission meeting right now. Rep Albrecht is talking about our fire situation. He said he has had four major fires in the last four years in his district. The fire this year in Beaver Mountain has destroyed the main highway. He said it will be 300 million to rebuild it. Four hydroelectric plants have been destroyed. The ski resort and numerous businesses have been damaged. He talked about the idea of suing the federal government over their hindrance for us to properly maintain our forests. You want a certain density of trees on one acre of the forest. His dad owned a sawmill and helped maintain the forests. That needs to still be happening. It is not. We haven't been taking care of our forests.
First day of senior year at Woods Cross High School!

This video talks about the decline in cognitive development for the current generation because of the use of electronics in the schools. I absolutely know that is true. I have been so concerned about it that I moved our youngest two to private school. They attend American Heritage in Salt Lake. They are not given any devices. They use paper and pencil. They also teach them cursive.

This is a must read article that names specific journalists that accepted trips paid for by China that were often followed by news coverage favorable to the CCP. One of them is
Tony Semerad from the Salt Lake Tribune.

After participating in a CUSEF-organized trip, Rohde praised the role of the Chinese state in building and expanding businesses:

“Unlike the United States where free-market advocates deride the role of government, the Chinese state has played a central role in creating, supporting and expanding businesses here.”

David Rohde, former New Yorker editor and current MS NOW national security reporter.

This list of reporters spread positive propaganda about the CCP, one of the most evil regimes in the history of the world, and negativity about America. In China if you speak against the government you may disappear. My mind often goes back to the boats full of American boys on D-Day. Think of the sacrifice and suffering for freedom. I think everyone of these reporters should be shipped to China and have the opportunity to live under the CCP.
