Everyone needs to watch this about data centers. They are going to become obsolete.

This is such an important lawsuit from the Public Interest Legal Foundation. They are representing Phil Lyman.

PILF’s Oral Arguments in the 10th Circuit for Lyman v. Henderson. On November 11th, PILF will argue before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit in Lyman v. Henderson. PILF filed the lawsuit under Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act to compel the Utah Lieutenant Governor to release the statewide voter roll and history records. Stay tuned for updates following oral arguments.

My adorable Sam is in Moab for a bike race. Mike called me tonight and said he got a flat tire just after the race started. He had to run with his bike the whole rest of the way. Mike said he was in good spirits despite the flat tire.
The boys hiked to Delicate Arch this morning. They were able to watch the Utes play tonight. They are having fun even though Sam got a flat tire after his bike race started. That was the whole reason they went.
Learn more about the Common Defense and General Welfare clause in Article 1 section 8 of the Constitution from reading Federalist 41: ”Nothing is more natural nor common than first to use a general phrase, and then to explain and qualify it by a recital of particulars."

The The Common Defense and General Welfare clause was an introduction and then was followed by the specifics. This phrase has been misused continually to justify the federal government's involvement in jurisdictions where it has no constitutional authority.

This will be a fun event! Everyone is invited.
This is exactly why the states should be doing their own welfare. It is easier to watch for fraud in a smaller area like a state compared to the entire country. Please remember the federal government does not have the Constitutional authority to participate in welfare.

"We could balance the federal budget if the only dollars that went out of the treasury went to individuals who were properly, lawfully, correctly eligible to receive them."

I am very disappointed. We must continue to do all we can to secure our elections.
It would be funny if it weren't true.
Here is the recording for the September 14th Citizen Zoom call meeting about Flock cameras and our Fourth Amendment rights.

They call this area in the Capitol the Visitor's Center. I actually went in there for a minute today.
I have always really liked the lions at the Capitol.
Interim is tomorrow. Here is the agenda for the education committee.
Here is the agenda for the Gov Ops Interim committee. The last item is about potential bills they may run as committee bills. I would like to hear that conversation.
Our Citizen Zoom call last night was about Flock cameras, surveillance, and our Fourth Amendment rights. Look at what they have passed in Montana:

1. You can always use cash to buy things
2. No facial recognition surveillance by the government
3. Cannot use AI for surveillance
4. Cannot obtain data or location information from a digital device without a warrant
5. They closed the data broker loophole
