📣 Mario x Vitreus Today at 4:30pm EST!!
The link to todays AMA with Mario
https://x.com/i/spaces/1DXGydMzopdKM
Structure of AMA today
1st segment: The space starts with news and updates around a trending topic that is somehow related to your project where you join the rest of the panel as a speaker while organically bringing up your project into the discussion.
2nd segment: Once the audience is at its peak, we move to you introducing your project or talking about it, where you share any updates/announcements you have with your community, followed by Q&As from the panel. This segment would go for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Roundtable Post
Here's the tweet we will be posting an hour before the space:
PARTNERSHIP: We’ve been talking about the convergence of blockchain and AI.
But no one still knows what that would look like practically.
Until now.
Meet @VitreusChain, a DePIN blockchain environment, grounded in top-notch security practices, to power future technologies like AI, IoT, and Industry 4.0.
The result? A unified, highly secure ecosystem for data management, compliance, and automation, all in one place.
The combo of 3 layers of Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN) with a 5 layer blockchain platform will blow your mind.
The Vitreus Foundation has secured a $15,000,000 investment commitment from GEM Digital Limited.
Target market: The World!
Know more on https://cjnsponsors.com/vitreus and tune in to their space at 4:30 pm EST on @MarioNawfal.

📣 Introducing Vitreus' 2024-2025 Marketing Strategy: Empowering Developers, Building Ecosystem Momentum
Dear Vanguards,
As we prepare for the pivotal Testnet release in Q4 2024 and the main network launch in Q1 2025, I am pleased to introduce our marketing strategy for 2024-2025. This plan is crafted to initially position Vitreus as the platform that fills the gap left by major Layer-0 competitors who fail to meet the needs of smaller developers, particularly due to complex governance structures and resource-intensive infrastructures, by focusing on developers facing limitations in project completion and funding, among others.
Our Marketing Focus: Awareness, Education, Acquisition
1. Awareness: Raise brand visibility among the Web3 developer community by targeting fifteen channels, including those where developers express their challenges. By offering solutions and sharing Vitreus’ value proposition, we will build trust and credibility.
2. Education: We will demonstrate how Vitreus resolves a series of pain points faced by Web3 developers through the distribution of high-volume, high-quality content and in-depth (interactive) resources. This education will foster a deeper understanding of our unique value.
3. Acquisition: Once awareness and education efforts have built a strong pipeline of engaged developers, we will move to direct acquisition. Targeted incentives such as funding programs, technical support, and strategic partnerships will motivate developers to adopt Vitreus.
Best regards,
Nick.

Below is our graphic showing you the deliverables we will be focused on executing on during Q4 2024 and Q1 2025.

🦾 Vanguards,
As your CTO, I want to speak to you today with confidence **and **clarity.
We’ve had some challenges, but make no mistake—the future of Vitreus is full of potential. With the new Vitreus Roadmap, we’re not just holding the line. We’re moving forward with intent, positioning Vitreus to become a key player in the web3 space. Our focus is on delivering tangible solutions that will put us on the radar, and we have the vision to get us there.
This roadmap lays out the clear steps we need to take to ensure Vitreus thrives. We’ve organized our work into multiple streams to focus on building, innovating, and strengthening the platform. Each workstream—**Interaction**, Innovation, vNode, and **Quality Assurance**—plays a crucial role in improving user experience, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, and reinforcing our infrastructure. We've already locked down our critical and high-priority tasks. This is the groundwork that will create fertile soil for new developers and opportunities.
Key milestones:
- vApp Usability
- Node Stability
- Dynamic VNRG
- Phi & Bonds
Let me be clear: We have a roadmap with targets, and we will adjust as we get closer to key milestones. We’re focused, we’re moving, and we’re aiming to deliver a network that’s decentralized, efficient, and affordable.
As we move toward 2025, let's stay aligned and ready for the opportunities and challenges ahead. Together, we’ll build something remarkable. The future of Vitreus is bright, and I’m excited to lead us into it.
Without further ado, here is the Roadmap (directly above this post) and the proposal alongside it of it.

From the CMO's Desk
A Two-Week Marketing Recap with Look Ahead
Over the past two weeks, the Vitreus marketing department has been laser-focused on laying the foundation for a robust and scalable strategy that will drive the growth of our Layer-0 blockchain. Upon joining Vitreus, my initial priority was to gain a deep understanding of the company's unique value proposition, its competitive landscape, and the current marketing situation. To address a critical market gap, I developed a comprehensive marketing strategy that empowers developers struggling to launch their projects due to technical limitations and high costs.
We break down our strategic approach into three phases:
1. We are focusing on developers who are in the early stages of their projects and encounter difficulties in bringing them to market.
2. We are building a pool of trusted builders to enhance Vitreus' credibility within the Web3 space.
3. Once we have established market trust and presence, we will acquire larger developers and enterprise-class accounts.
Our marketing activities align with the scheduled Testnet launch in Q4 2024 and the main network debut in Q1 2025. We aim to build awareness through high-impact content, followed by a focus on educating developers about how Vitreus can solve their pain points. Finally, we will shift to acquisition, converting interest into action, and onboarding developers onto the Vitreus network.
During the second week, Jaren and I moved into the execution phase. We established an ambitious plan to kick off the awareness campaign, which involves creating a high volume of top-tier content—articles, infographics, videos—that will be distributed across 15 key platforms where Web3 developers go for information. Simultaneously, we’ve crafted a comprehensive social media strategy that leverages this content to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Additionally, we’ve designed a 15-day Vitreus Online Marketing Campaign in preparation for the listing of our VTRS token on MEXC Global, starting October 1 and culminating in a celebratory launch on October 15. This campaign will include PR, social media blitzes, and community-driven initiatives through Discord to build excitement and momentum for the listing.
Looking Ahead: This coming week, the marketing team will focus on defining key performance indicators (KPIs) that will measure the effectiveness of our awareness campaign. These KPIs will be crucial as we transition into the next phase of our strategy—**education.** Alongside this, we’ll continue developing content for the eight-week awareness push, ensuring we keep the momentum going.
We've laid the groundwork and are now preparing for a steady and significant rollout that will position Vitreus for long-term success.
Stay tuned for more exciting developments as we continue to build, engage, and grow.

Build Update #64
Good afternoon/evening, @everyone.
It’s been quite a few weeks here while we’ve gotten 2 CRITICAL growth channels of the Vitreus Ecosystem established. A lot of really good things going on. And still things we need to improve on. We continue to get better every day.
The Vitreus Foundation is making fantastic progress on an operational level.
Development
#1 — We needed an organized development process. Who was going to oversee the design, scoping, monitoring, and timelines of Vitreus’ development initiatives? Who was going to ensure that we maintain an efficient process centered around our innovations, ongoing improvements, and reliability of the network? Well, personally, I am very pleased the foundation was able to secure Taylor (CTO) and Dima (Head of Development) as the in house team to work with development pods and incoming builders.
Take a look at Taylor’s most recent Update on our Protocol Development Roadmap here https://discord.com/channels/1050540395559403590/1060664803808526456/1289642181270962218
Marketing
#2 — We needed a full time employee to lead, organize and manage our targeted marketing efforts. We landed on Nick as our CMO and I have been very pleased with his progress so far. I love the market we will be targeting… existing projects struggling to get launched.
Please read Nick’s (CMO) latest Marketing Update here https://discord.com/channels/1050540395559403590/1272654107370459308/1289662165896134666
Centralized Exchange
MEXC listing of wVTRS will go live on October 15. They will begin promoting it along with us on October 14. Much of our near term internal marketing will focus on the new MEXC listing as well.
Foundation <-> CDI Partnership Agreement
Expect a new DAO referenda to be activated within the next 24 hours to vote on the formal partnership proposal between the Vitreus Foundation and CDI. There have been some clauses addressed and clarified following the much appreciated feedback from the DAO.
Final Thoughts
From a business standpoint, Vitreus is making exceptional progress laying the foundation as a decentralized infrastructure for other companies to build on top of. I expect Vitreus’ first mover builder, COMPLiQ, to bring some excitement in the coming weeks as we really ramp up marketing and focus on our Builder Ready initiative.

From the CMO's Desk
Recap of The Week and a Look Ahead
This week, the marketing team made significant strides in aligning our goals with measurable outcomes by establishing the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the next 14 months. These KPIs are divided into three critical categories: the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives, overall marketing performance, and financial health. By setting these benchmarks, we have a clear roadmap that will guide our efforts, ensuring we stay on course to meet our growth objectives. With these KPIs in place, the team is now better equipped to evaluate the success of our strategies and make data-driven adjustments along the way.
In addition to KPI planning, Jaren and I started exploring options for a social listening application, armed with a set of strict, well-defined requirements. The goal is to significantly enhance our ability to identify and engage web3 developers with precision. By leveraging this tool, we’ll gain deeper insights into developer communities, allowing us to craft more targeted and impactful messaging.
On the content front, we produced five new pieces that are ready to go live once the website updates are complete, ensuring maximum reach and engagement for our upcoming campaigns.
Lastly, the rollout of the VTRS listing on MEXC Global campaign is officially underway, with a series of community engagement events planned for the coming week to boost momentum and drive excitement.
Stay tuned for more exciting developments as we continue to build, engage, and grow.
