ఇంటర్మీడియట్ 1st ఇయర్ చదువుతున్న ఎస్సీ ( SC) విద్యార్థుల తల్లికి వందనం స్కీమ్ కి సంబంధించిన డబ్బుల కొరకు విద్యార్థి పేరు మీద జూలై 7 వ తేదీ లోగా పోస్టల్ ఎకౌంటు ఓపెన్ చేసి NPCI లింక్ చేసి ఆ అకౌంట్ యొక్క వివరాలు సంబంధిత సచివాలయం యొక్క వెల్ఫేర్ గారికి అందజేసినచో ఈనెల 10వ తేదీన వారి బ్యాంకు అకౌంట్లో డబ్బులు పడతాయి.

సదరం స్లాట్ లు శనివారం సాయంత్రం నుండి ఫాస్ట్ గా అగుచున్నవి.అనేక మంది మీసేవ లలో స్లాట్ లు పెట్టుకుంటున్నారు. కాబట్టి ప్రజలు అందరూ ఆదివారం అయినా ఈరోజు మీసేవ లో పెట్టుకోగలరు.లేదంటే రేపు స్లాట్ లు ఉండవు గమనించగలరు.

As per the newly issued Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), the workflow for the following Civil Supplies services has been updated:

అన్నదాతా సుఖీభవ-పీఎం కిసాన్' పధకానికి అర్హుల జాబితాను ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం సిద్ధం చేసింది. అర్హత ఉన్న రైతుల జాబితాను సంబంధిత రైతు సేవా కేంద్రంలో అందుబాటులో ఉంచినట్లు వ్యవసాయశాఖ తెలిపింది. ఈ మేరకు ఆ శాఖ సంచాలకులు ఢిల్లీరావు ఓ ప్రకటనలో తెలిపారు.

అన్నదాతా సుఖీభవ పోర్టల్, మన మిత్ర వాట్సప్ లో ఆధార్ నంబర్ ద్వారా రైతులు అర్హతను తెలుసుకోవచ్చు. ఆధార్ నంబర్ ను మన మిత్ర వాట్సప్ నంబర్ 95523 00009కు పంపితే వివరాలు లభ్యమవుతాయి. రైతు పేరు లేనిపక్షంలో అర్హత ఉందని భావిస్తే రైతు సేవా కేంద్రంలో అర్జీతో పాటు పత్రాలు సమర్పించాలి. అన్నదాత సుఖీభవ పోర్టల్లోని గ్రీవెన్స్ మాడ్యూల్లోనూ ఫిర్యాదును నమోదు చేయొచ్చు. ఈనెల 13 వరకు మాత్రమే ఈ అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. ఈ సమాచారం రైతులకు మరింత చేరేలా సిబ్బంది ముమ్మర ప్రచారం చేయాలి” అని ఢిల్లీరావు పేర్కొన్నారు.

🟡 *తల్లికి వందనం పేమెంట్ అప్డేట్ :*

1. ఒకటో తరగతి, ఇంటర్మీడియట్ మొదటి సంవత్సరంతోపాటు కేంద్రీయ విద్యాల యాలు, నవోదయ, సీబీఎస్ఈ విద్యా సంస్థల్లో చదువు తున్న 9.51 లక్షల మంది విద్యార్థుల తల్లుల ఖాతాల్లో ఈ నెల 10న ప్రభుత్వం తల్లికి వందనం నగదు జమ చేయనుంది.

2. ఒకటో తరగతి, ఇంటర్మీడియట్ మొదటి ఏడాది కలిపి 7,99,410 మంది విద్యార్థులకు సంబంధించి 7,84,874 మంది తల్లుల ఖాతాల్లో రూ.13 వేల చొప్పున నగదు జమ చేయనుంది.

3. ఇటీవల వీరిని మినహాయించి మిగతా వారికి నగదు జమ చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. కొంతమంది అర్హులైనప్పటికీ వివిధ కారణాలతో అనర్హులుగా తేలారు.

4. దీంతో వారు గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాల్లో ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. గ్రీవెన్సులను పరిష్కరించగా అర్హులుగా తేలిన 1.34 లక్షల మందికి సైతం తల్లికి వందనం జమ చేయనున్నారు...

🟡తల్లికి వందనం పథకానికి సంబంధించి ELIGIBLE మరియు INELIGIBLE లిస్టులు అప్డేట్ అయినవి.

అప్డేట్ అయిన లిస్టులో కొత్తగా 1వ తరగతి,ఇంటర్ మీడియట్ ఫస్ట్ ఇయర్ విద్యార్థుల వివరాలు యాడ్ అయ్యాయి.

అప్డేట్ అయిన లిస్టులను NBM పోర్టల్ నుండి డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోగలరు.

*✴️Note* కొత్తగా డౌన్లోడ్ చేసిన లిస్టులలో English లో ఉన్న లబ్ధిదారుల పేర్లు కొత్తగా యాడ్ అయిన వారిగా గుర్తించవచ్చు.

*🟡GSWS TRANSFERS UPDATE*

ముందుగా బదిలీ ఆర్డర్స్ పొందిన గ్రామ సచివాలయ ఉద్యోగులు మీ యొక్క బదిలీ ఆర్డర్స్ కాపీను 5 Sets xerox తీసుకోండి.

ముందుగా మీ Transfer orders కాపీను ఎంపీడీఓ గారి కార్యాలయంలో అందజేసి ఎంపీడీఓ గారి ద్వారా రిలీవ్ అవ్వాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

ఎంపీడీఓ గారు రిలీవ్ చేసిన తర్వాత కొత్త ఎంపీడీఓ గారి కార్యాలయంలో మీరు Join అవ్వాల్సి ఉంటుంది

ఇందుకుగాను కొత్త ఎంపీడీఓ కార్యాలయంలో Join అవుతున్నట్లు Report చేయవలెను.

1. Joining Report
2. కలెక్టర్ గారి ద్వారా పొందిన బదిలీల ఉత్తర్వులు(Transfer orders)
3. ఎంపీడీఓ గారి రిలీవింగ్ ఆర్డర్(పాత ఎంపీడీఓ గారి కార్యాలయం నుండి పొందినది)

*🟡Note:* Joining Report నందు Ref:1 దగ్గర కలెక్టర్ గారి RC No. &తేదీ ను Ref:2 దగ్గర ఎంపీడీఓ గారి రిలీవింగ్ ఆర్డర్ లోని RC No.& తేదీ వివరాలను నమోదు చేయవలెను.

నూతనంగా మీరు జాయిన్ అయిన ఎంపీడీఓ ల ద్వారా మీరు Join అయినట్లు Joining Report పొంది ఆ వివరాలను మీ యొక్క SR maintaining Authority కు తెలియజేయవలెను.

*!! Clarifications on TV Scheme Eligibility and Grievance Handling !!*

*1. Non-Availability of Data in School Education Department Database*
If the details of the child or mother are not available in the School Education Department database, GSWS will not take any further action in such cases. The beneficiary may be advised to ensure that their details are enrolled in the School Education database. However, the scheme benefits will not be extended for the current year. They may become eligible from the next year, subject to data availability and successful verification.


*2. Grievances Related to Scheme Eligibility (e.g., Land, Property, etc.)*
In cases where grievances relate to eligibility conditions such as land ownership, property status, etc., if the relevant updates are made in the original source databases, such grievances will be considered resolved, and the individual will be treated as eligible for the scheme.


*3. Mismatch Between Ineligible Parameter and Grievance Raised*
It has been observed that in some instances, grievances are being raised in the name of a family member other than the one to whom the ineligible parameter applies. It is therefore instructed that grievances should be raised only in the name of the person for whom the ineligibility condition exists, to ensure correct validation and processing.


*4. Aadhaar Details Not Available in School Education Department*
We reiterate that if the mother and child Aadhaar details are not available in the School Education Department database, changes to Aadhaar details are not permitted, even if grievances are raised. Eligibility will be calculated solely based on the data provided by the School Education Department.
