One of our clients, a growing company based in Addis Ababa, with office in Kasanchis, is hiring a Female Marketing & Admin Assistant to join their team.

This role is suited for someone who is proactive, organized, commercially minded, and ready to take ownership rather than simply waiting for instructions. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and support the company’s marketing, client engagement, and growth activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media, Telegram, and WhatsApp Business channels
• Support lead generation and follow up with potential clients
• Handle client inquiries and maintain consistent communication
• Develop and support marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth
• Identify opportunities to improve the company’s visibility, engagement, and customer reach
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns, content, and promotional activities
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and other business activities
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the CEO
• Track follow-ups, tasks, leads, and key marketing activities
• Take initiative and contribute ideas that can improve marketing and business development efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership
• Strong interest in marketing, business growth, and customer engagement
• Comfortable working independently and bringing forward new ideas
• Strong knowledge of Telegram and WhatsApp Business
• Comfortable using Canva for basic content creation
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional, reliable, and comfortable working closely with a CEO
• Previous experience in marketing, administration, customer service, sales, or a related role is an advantage

💼 Employment: Full-time, on-site
🗓 Working days: Monday–Friday, office hours
