🔴 Install WSL 2 in Windows

انشاءالله در خصوص WSL، به زودی فیلم‌هایی را منتشر خواهم کرد، ولی برای کسانی که با این محیط آشنایی دارند و می‌خواهند در کمترین زمان، آن را راه‌اندازی نمایند، این Cheat Sheet را آماده کرده‌ام. امیدوارم که برای شما مفید باشد…

ولی به طور خیلی خلاصه! چگونه بدون نصب Virtual Box, VMWare و غیره، و بدون دانلود ISO های توزیع‌های مختلف لینوکس، محیط لینوکس را در داخل محیط ویندوز داشته باشیم! بعضی‌ها به شوخی، این قابلیت را به وصلت (ازدواج) ویندوز و لینوکس تشبیه می‌کنند!

🟢 پیش‌نیازها:

(1)
- Windows 11
or
- Windows 10 version 2004 and higher (Build 19041 and higher)

- For checking your windows version:
- In Command Prompt:
> winver

- Enable Virtualization in your BIOS! (SVM or VMX or …)

🟢 Install WSL 2:

- Open Command Prompt (Run as administrator):
> wsl --install
- Reboot system if needed!
> Enter new UNIX username: [Username]
> New Password: [Password]
> Retype new Password: [Password]
Installation successful!
Ubuntu Prompt> sudo su
> [sudo] password for [Username]: [Password]
Ubuntu Root Prompt> apt update -y
Ubuntu Root Prompt> apt upgrade -y
Ubuntu Root Prompt> apt full-upgrade -y
Ubuntu Root Prompt> exit
Ubuntu Prompt> exit
> wsl --list
Ubuntu (Default)
> wsl --list --online
List of online Linux distributions!

- For installing Kali Linux:
> wsl --install -d kali-linux

- Install WSL plugin in VSCode!
