We’ve added Trusted Addresses to make your AIX Pay on-chain deposits safer and smoother.
If you deposit from an on-chain wallet such as Binance Wallet, MetaMask, Bitget Wallet, or OKX Wallet, simply add your wallet address as a trusted address first.
Once added, you can deposit from that address anytime — no need to set it up again.
How it works:
1️⃣ Tap Deposit
2️⃣ Select Send from your on-chain wallet
3️⃣ Choose your asset & network
4️⃣ Add your wallet as a Trusted Address
5️⃣ Send your crypto to AIX Pay

This may happen when:
• The sending account name doesn’t match your verified name
• Funds are sent from an unsupported exchange or platform
• Additional risk checks are required
Open the Under Review transaction and submit the required screenshots.
Make sure the account name, transfer record, and TXID are clearly visible.
Your funds remain safe. We’ll notify you once the review is complete.
