डिजिटल करेंसी से मिलेगा गरीबों को राशन? यूपी में नई योजना शुरू करने का काम शुरू

गुजरात में डिजिटल करेंसी से राशन वितरण प्रणाली का आरंभ होने के बाद अब यूपी में योजना शुरू करने पर काम शुरू कर दिया गया है। केंद्रीय खाद्य रसद मंत्रालय की टीम ने बाराबंकी में प्राथमिक सर्वेक्षण के बाद मोबाइल डेटा कलेक्शन करवा लिया है। प्रदेश में यह प्रणाली लागू करने के लिए बाराबंकी को 'माडल जिला' घोषित किया जा सकता है।

गरीबों के राशन वितरण में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिए डिजिटल करेंसी प्रणाली एटीएम की तर्ज पर काम करेगी। पात्र लाभार्थी ई-रुपी (CBDC) के जरिए सीधे मशीन से अपना राशन प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।

नई व्यवस्था के अनुसार सभी राशन कार्ड धारकों के मोबाइल में ई-रुपी एप इंस्टाल होगा, जिसमें केंद्र सरकार प्रति महीने मोबाइल के एप पर मुफ्त ई-रुपी (CBDC) भेजेगी। यह डिजिटल करेंसी सिर्फ राशन खरीदने के लिए इस्तेमाल की जा सकेगी।

स्मार्टफोन में एप और कीपैड मोबाइल में ओटीपी (वन टाइम पासवर्ड) के जरिए ई-रुपी का प्रयोग होगा। कार्डधारक कहीं से भी राशन ले पाएंगे। इसके लिए जगह-जगह अन्नपूर्णा पूर्ति मशीन लगेगी; दुकानों पर भी व्यवस्था की जाएगी। https://tinyurl.com/nuh38wne

Bill Gates–Founded CEPI Seeks $2.5 Billion for Next Pandemic as WHO and World Bank Deploy $7 Billion Across 75 Nations

An unprecedented level of international funding and coordination is now underway to expand the global pandemic response system, with at least $9.5 billion committed by the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Bank, and a Bill Gates-founded vaccine coalition to finance the worldwide surveillance networks, laboratories, and vaccines tied to future pandemic declarations.

The Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI)—founded in 2017 by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Economic Forum, and national governments—announced last week that it is now seeking an additional $2.5 billion to expand its pandemic vaccine financing programs.

At the same time, WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on Saturday confirmed that WHO and the World Bank have already deployed nearly $7 billion through their Pandemic Fund.

“Together with the World Bank we established the Pandemic Fund, which has catalyzed investments of almost 7 billion U.S. dollars … in 75 countries,” Tedros said on February 13.

The sheer scale of the funding and the number of countries involved show that the global pandemic response system is being built out in advance, with billions committed and international coordination already underway.
