Sir, I face an issue that I am 2021 passout engineering student and I know python language very well and I learning data science this time. I have a issue that I can not search any job if I see any requirement of python developer than they want experience that I have not. And no company call me for interview so that is the issue I was facing since last year.

1.Get internships. Work for free for startups on data science assignments if required. In most cases they give you a full time job if they like your dedication. This is the only way I am aware of to get solid experience.

Now when you work for free or for minimum salary, please make sure the founder and company are worth spending time with and most important see that they are ethical.

Do not go for fake experience certificates, as it backfires sooner or later.

2. Projects
The only proof that you got knowledge is when you have worked on something real on your own. There are ton of platforms like kaggle where you can sign up and see many projects.
Do not just copy paste them. Take inspiration and do something on your own. Once you have interest in what you do than just searching for job you start loving things and things work.

3. CV

Please work on your cv. Your cv reflects, what you are upto, if you are serious or not, if you are someone I should hire.

4. Be proactive

If the company is not calling you back, write them an email, the way you have approached me. Follow up till you get call back. Talk to the company HR, owner whomsoever is approachable and can provide necessary information.

As a software engineer you will

Design modules with an understanding and anticipation of future requirements and changes.
Write code and tests. We value tests a lot.
Review performance issues that may arise and optimize application logic and/or database queries.
