Hi all pls note, i am one man handling everything, would like kind understanding that

1) I do not have control over shipping speeds , what i can give are estimates, any delays out of the ordinary i will update, anything else please do not chase me cos i have no control

2) Any Requests for mailing is subjected to my availability, i will personally mail your items so that i can ensure all is accounted for but that means only when i am free , self collection is always available when the store is open

3) i do not have the bandwith or capacity to reply for when is ETA of item if already stated during Preorder PO, its not gonna come earlier even if you ask me

I seek everyones kind understanding that i am very occupied with the work i have to settle and my personal life

I still have people chasing me every 1 or 2 days asking it xxx item will arrive by xxx date even tho my answer is i cannot confirm

It may or may not arrive by then subjected to courier speed

I do not have the ability to chase parcels i hope to seek everyones understanding and help me so that i have my own time and be able to focus on whats important

Not my intention to blast this but
It is sibei unreasonable to keep getting spammed when im clear about this already, i have no control.

So i hope to seek everyones understanding so that i can consistently do this for everyone

Everyday i wake up to boss is my thing here

Following is available for PO , friend manage secure 1 mat and 4 sleeves plz pm if keen

Pls note i cannot gurantee ETA , subjected to delivery , expect arrival by end of dec max and if early within 2 weeks , provided not jammed in customs and not delayed at my consolidation warehouse, no natural disasters or rerouting of shipping items or other prevailing shipping conditions that prevent items from getting shipped at the estimated timing as indicated on the site when i click for consolidation

Sorry all we just finished accounting for DZ-LBT03 all pending mailings will be done when i can

All items have been dropped off in store can collect already for Japan orders
