*Sunday Puja & Dhamma Sharing with Ven. Pāladhammika - 25 October 2026*

BIOGRAPHY
Ven. Pāladhammika ordained at Sāsanārakkha Buddhist Sanctuary (SBS), Taiping, Malaysia, in 2019, under the guidance of Ven. Āyasmā Ariyadhammika. During his years at SBS, he developed a keen interest in understanding the Dhamma through its earliest sources, while putting the teachings into practice through study, meditation, and daily monastic life. After several years at SBS, he spent the last two and a half years traveling and practising throughout Thailand, learning about the broader Theravāda tradition through time spent in different monasteries.
*BYX: Don't Lie to Yourself - An Honest Dialogue with Bhante Paladhammika on 29 October 2026*

We all like to think we know ourselves. But how often do we tell ourselves stories that make reality easier to accept?

“I’m fine.”
“I don’t really care.”
“This is just who I am.”
“I had no choice.”
“I’ll deal with it later.”

Sometimes, the hardest person to be honest with is ourselves

Join Bhante Paladhammika for an evening of deep reflection and honest conversation in a safe space, as we explore how the mind can distort reality to protect our desires, identity and sense of self — and what it takes to see more clearly.

No perfect answers.
No pretending.

Just an honest look at the stories we tell ourselves. Because sometimes, the truth we avoid is the very truth that can set us free.

All are welcome! Come as you are. There's a place for you here.
