1. Asking for Reference with wrong massage
Please Don't make Spelling or Grammatical mistakes while asking for Reference or sending job related application's
2. Most of the candidates resume not properly designed and the same mistake present in 2-3 resumes please don't copy another person's resume if you copy at least Read once before sending
Don't Take this the wrong way this might be the reason you are not getting a job
