Who is feeling the pressure from hospital admins and other nurses????

My story: I am a 45 year old female nurse that works in a pediatric hospital. I have been a nurse for 17 years, and medical assistant 10 years prior. I am feeling alot of pressure at work to receive the vaccine. There is a small group of us staying true to our strong beliefs about NOT receiving an experimental "vaccine". Side note: I just contracted Covid a month ago. I thought I had a sinus infection because of trouble with my allergies due to all the pollen. I was sick for about 12 days. Low grade fevers and chills at night, little achy, nothing major. I did lose my taste and smell which is returning slowly. Overall, I survived! I'm back at work and feel great. Guess what I now have my natural immunity🙌.
