Source Vs Resource
When we speak about a
'source', our focus is on where we obtain something. What can be obtained from that source can be good or bad. When we speak of something being a 'resource', implicit in our use of the word is that what we obtain from that 'source/resource' is something good, or at least what we consider to be good and of value.

The QWERTY
1. Christopher Latham Sholes invented the Qwerty layout used for the keyboards.
2. The layout is designed to "slow down" typers. Which ensured that old typewriters did not get jammed up.
3. Qwerty manages to slow down typing by placing the most common letters on the left hand side. The letters E T and A (the most common characters in English) are all on the left hand side.
4. To be specific, the vertical columns TGB and YHN are considered the central columns.
5. Small bumps can be felt on F and J keys. They mark the left and right sides respectively.
6. 400+ English words can be typed from the left hand alone, with only about 100 coming from the right hand. Therefore, Qwerty wouldn't actually slow down lefties or ambies.
7. The diagonally arranged vertical columns also help in slowing down.
8. Dvorak is the second most commonly used keyboard layout.

Courage Vs Bravery
Bravery is the ability to confront pain, danger or attempts of intimidation without any feeling of fear. It is strength in character that allows a person to always be seemingly bigger than the crisis, whether he is indeed more powerful or is lesser than what he is tackled with. Courage, on the other hand, is the ability to undertake an overwhelming difficulty or pain despite the eminent and unavoidable presence of fear. More than a quality, it is a state of mind driven by a cause that makes the struggle all worth it.

Protocols Vs Algorithms
The protocols are the rules of a system. Protocols do not tell you how to do a task or how to achieve a goal--they just tell you which steps are legal or illegal. Kitchen protocols will not tell you how to make chicken enchiladas, but they will tell you rules that will make the chicken enchiladas better.
Algorithms tell you how to do something or how to achieve a goal. Typically. a lot of steps are left out--especially background steps that are well known to moderately skilled practitioners of the craft. For example, an algorithm for how to make chicken enchiladas would be a step-by-step list in chronological order of what you need to do to make chicken enchiladas.
