The last post here was on September 24.
I rarely write just for the sake of writing — there’s already too much noise everywhere.

Starting from September 29, I went through a difficult period.
One thing after another — when it feels like it can’t get any worse, and life keeps proving that it can.

This time literally broke me into thousands of pieces.
And every day, all I do is try to put myself back together.
Just when you start to regain balance — everything collapses again.
I gather my strength, get back up, and try once more.

No one can even come close to understanding what’s happening inside me.
This is a real test of resilience.
A test of whether you truly want what you’re striving for.
And I’ve been through too much to give up now.
So what if you give up — will it get easier? No.
That means there’s only one way: forward.

It’s hard psychological work and pain that doesn’t fade until you make it through.

There’s a simple truth:
when things go well, you’re a genius.
When something goes wrong, there’s no one worse than you in your own eyes.

But I know one thing for sure:
there is no endless chain of failures.
I haven’t lost because I haven’t given up.
You lose the moment you decide that you’ve lost.

I will get through this. And I will return.

And since we’re on the threshold of a new year, I want to wish you simple but truly important things:
inner calm, a clear mind, and the strength to walk your own path.
Appreciate what you already have.
Do what you truly love.
Focus on what is working for you, not on what hasn’t happened yet.

You will get there.
But if you live constantly thinking “not yet,” you might quietly miss life itself.

I’m taking the Era Trade challenge publicly — and I’ll show the entire journey.

I could have just started trading quietly. If I passed, I’d post the result and say, “Look, I just passed a prop challenge for $XXXK.” And if I failed, I could simply never mention it 😄

But that’s not what I want to do.

I want to make the whole journey public and show everything from day one. There’s also another benefit: trading publicly adds an extra layer of discipline. When your audience can see the entire process, it’s much harder to break your own rules or make emotional decisions.

For this challenge, I chose Era Trade.

If you remember Hash Hedge, the concept here is similar, but there’s one major advantage for me: I can trade crypto through the Bybit environment I’m already familiar with. I can use the app on my phone instead of having to learn a completely different trading terminal.

How convenient is it in practice? We’re going to find out together.

I’ll share my market thoughts, trades, entry logic, stop losses, risk management, mistakes, and results.

If I have losing days — I’ll show them.

If there are days when I don’t take a single trade — I’ll show those too.

I’m not promising that I’ll pass on my first attempt.

That’s actually the whole point. I don’t want to show you a perfect result after the fact. I want to show the process exactly as it happens.

The goal is simple: pass the challenge, stick to the rules, and eventually reach a payout.

Will I make it? We’ll see based on the actual results.

In the next post, I’ll show you which account size I’m choosing, how much the challenge costs, and all the important rules and limits.

After that, I’ll record a separate video showing how to connect Era Trade to Bybit from your phone.

There’s no maximum limit on the number of trading days.

⚠️ And here’s one important rule that I didn’t notice at first.

In addition to the 5% daily loss limit and 10% maximum loss limit, Era has another restriction:

The maximum loss per trading idea is 2% of the initial account balance.

On my $50,000 account, that means a maximum loss of $1,000 per trading idea.

And it’s important that this applies to a trading idea, not necessarily just one order. Multiple positions on the same instrument in the same direction may be counted together.

Good thing I went through the rules separately before I started trading — I didn’t notice this restriction on the challenge selection page.

After completing both stages, I get Era Trader Funded status. From there, the goal is to keep trading within the rules and reach my first payout.

My main goal isn’t to try to pass everything in a few trades. I want to trade calmly, stick to my strategy, and manage risk properly.

How to connect your ERA Trade challenge to Bybit

→ Create your API keys
→ Copy the keys

Update #2: Violating the news trading or martingale rule = a warning first, and only after that can the account be closed.

For me, these rules really made the challenge more difficult before. Now I feel much more comfortable passing the challenge, knowing that I can hold longer-term trades and that there is room for a mistake.
