A HAT (Hardware Attached on Top) is an add-on board for Raspberry Pi boards that conforms to a specific set of rules that will make life easier for users. It is connected through 40-pin GPIO. However, can you connect the HAT directly to Raspberry Pi 400?

Template matching is a technique in digital image processing for finding small parts of an image that match a template image. It can be used in manufacturing as a part of quality control, or as a way to detect edges in images and many more.
