Move directory up one level in filesystem - can't copy directory - destination already exists

I have a directory at remote:/subfolder/ with lots of files and folders in it.
I want to (server side) move all the contents to remote:/ but I keep getting the error:
Server side directory move failed - fallback to file moves: can't copy directory - destination already exists
The command I'm using is rclone move remote:/subfolder/* remote:/
What's a working command?

Rclone sync strange behaviour sending data

I'm using rclone sync to perform a 1-way sync from source: to dest: using SMB mounted shares.
It initially runs very fast about 100 MB/s then gradually slows down to 0B/s. Then runs. Then slows down.
Looking at the source machine it starts off accepting data very quickly then rapidly starts sending data back instead.
You can see this with btop and nethogs. The destination machine is receiving almost no data but is sending several MB/s back to the source machine.
I thought this was meant to be a 1-way sync? Is it somehow sending data back to confirm instead of checksumming?

Backblaze B2 Errors - Constant retries

I use this one liner to backup servers to B2 and it has worked wonders in the past. At this point it has constant errors and retries. I'm starting to think something has changed or for feed back on if there are better options/flags I should be using to make this more successful and faster. I have tried adding more connections but I just receive more errors. Any and all suggestions welcome.

I have 10tb full of content, edits, old projects and other stuff and I want to transfer everything from the shared gdrive folder to my own gdrive storage. Can someone tell me step by step what I should do?

So pretty much as above. My phone which had my 2fa codes linked to it was stolen, I was certain I had backed everything up.
Is there any thing I could potentially use in the Rclone configuration, such as a OneDrive authentication token to bypass 2fa, so I can get back into my account, and then revoke the 2fa code, and get back to my account.

Exclude Help - Im going insane

Please could someone help I'm going crazy trying so many variations from the net to exclude a directory (Cache) but it just won't work. This is the latest I tried.

I am wanting to leave the entire Cache directory out; the sync works but does everything in the plexmediaserver directory including the not wanted Cache.

rclone sync -v /var/lib/plexmediaserver OneDrive:PlexBackup --exclude="/Cache**"
