Ingredients for Steak:
- 1 Tomahawk steak 🥩
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil 🫒
- 2 Tbsp Butter 🧈
- 1 Sprig of Rosemary 🌿
- 1 Sprig of Thyme 🌱
- 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning or Salt/Pepper 🧂

Chimichurri Sauce:
- 1 cup Fresh parsley, finely chopped 🌿
- 1/2 cup Fresh oregano, finely chopped 🍃
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced 🧄
- 1 Shallot onion 🧅
- 1/2 Lemon zest 🍋
- 1/2 Lemon juice 🍋
- 3 Tbsp Red wine vinegar 🍷
- 1/2 cup Olive oil 🫒
- 1 Tsp Red pepper flakes 🌶️
- Salt/Pepper to taste 🧂
