102 hours of non-stop speaking for the Malaysia Book of Records taught me something unexpected: true leadership isn't about talking more - it's about making every word count. 🎤

2024 showed me that impact happens in the spaces between speeches - in the quiet moments when someone finds their voice, in the laughter that breaks tension, in the community that builds bridges across borders. 🌍

Some highlights that made my inner comedian do a happy dance 🕺:
• Set Malaysia Book of Records of 102-hour speaking marathon with other 55+ speakers to celebrate Toastmasters International 100 years (my throat still hasn't forgiven me 😅)
• Featured in Toastmasters Magazine (finally famous for something besides my dad jokes!)
• Expanded international speaking tour to UAE (turns out humor translates, even if my accent doesn't)
• Grew Comeng Reborn comedy platform (because serious people need laughter too)
• Hosted 50+ transformative leadership workshops (each with at least one Star Wars reference)

Posting Rajin, Pelanggan Masih Sepi?
Saya pernah melihat dua orang menghadiri acara networking yang sama.
Orang pertama datang membawa kartu nama.
Orang kedua datang membawa kesempatan.
Beberapa bulan kemudian, hasilnya berbeda.
Yang pertama masih sibuk mencari pelanggan.
Yang kedua justru dicari pelanggan.
Apa bedanya?
Yang pertama fokus membangun konten.
Yang kedua membangun hubungan.
Dan di era sekarang, saya semakin percaya bahwa pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan tidak terjadi karena satu postingan viral.
Ia terjadi ketika kita memahami perjalanan lengkapnya:
Content ➜ Community ➜ Commerce
Konten membuat orang mengenal kita.
Komunitas membuat orang mempercayai kita.
Kepercayaan membuat orang membeli dari kita.
Tapi ada satu rahasia yang sering terlupakan.
Komunitas tidak dibangun dengan terus meminta perhatian.
Komunitas dibangun dengan memberi nilai.
Dengan membantu.
Dengan berbagi peluang.
Dengan mendorong orang lain bertumbuh.
Karena referral terbaik tidak datang karena kita memintanya.
Referral datang karena seseorang mengingat bahwa kita pernah membantu mereka.
