as a mentor alongside an incredible group of educators, professionals, and fellow mentors.
My biggest takeaway? Give people the right guidance, room to experiment, and honest feedback, and you might see an idea turn into something that solves a real problem.
๐ก FROM LEARNING TO LAUNCHING
One mentee Iโm especially excited to spotlight is Shoaib Hassan, who built BridgeLMS.
His project tackles a real challenge in education: why should learning stop when the internet does?
BridgeLMS focuses on equity, offline accessibility, assignment continuity, and institutional security. It aims to help universities deliver learning experiences even when connectivity becomes a challenge.
As someone who works with communication, business strategy, and professional development, I love seeing ideas move from โWhat if?โ to โWhatโs next?โ
Because an idea is great. An executed idea is even better. And an executed idea that solves a real problem? Now that deserves a standing ovation! ๐
๐ค A BIG SHOUT-OUT TO OUR REP4 COMMUNITY!
Thank you to everyone who made this cohort meaningful.

And a special thank you to Grand Valley State University and our REP4 partners for supporting this learning journey.
To my fellow mentors Mariana Balado, thank you for hosting the closing session with me and celebrating the work our participants put into their ideas.
To all the learners, thank you for showing up, sharing your work, accepting feedback, and daring to build something of your own.
You brought the ideas. You did the work. You gave us plenty of reasons to keep mentoring.
๐ฏ UNTIL THE NEXT COHORT!
Iโm looking forward to seeing where these ideas go next, how BridgeLMS continues to develop, and what the next group of learners will bring to the table.
Four weeks may be over, but the learning doesn't have to log out.
And if you think the best part of a program is the final presentation, wait until you see what happens when the participants take their ideas into the real world. ๐
See you in the next REP4 cohort!
