1. I connect with my target market. I add value to my market without asking for anything in return. I Maintain 70-80% of my post as free value and 20-30% promoting my business. I commit to post every day for 1 month. I reshare job search.

2. I establish what my target market need to know. I create authentic content and text-based. I never make duplicate contents.

3. I evaluate my growth and create my future posts properly. I write during my creative time, proofread, refine and fix the grammar. I avoid editing post. I don't allow haters ruin my courage, and focus on the people who like my content. I don't engage in Dramaqueen.

4. I know the algorithm, I post between 6-7 PM GMT (+7), I Stay online 30 minutes after posting to quick response Like,Comments & Share, I Avoid Posting links to external websites.

5. I Put my link in first comment. I use tagging and hashtagging fairly that will rank high organically.
