Kulkarni Sir was a Qualified B E in Mechanical Engineering from B V B COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY, HUBLI 1961 onwards and it was the FIRST BATCH of Mechanical Engineering in the said college and Sir is from first batch ..
