📈 RSI helps to identify potential reversal zones, confirm trend strength, and spot early momentum shifts. In an uptrend, RSI holding above 40–50 often shows that momentum remains strong; in a downtrend, failing to rise above 60 can confirm weakness.

👀 Traditionally, readings above 70 are considered overbought, and below 30 oversold.

Divergences

🐂 Bullish divergence: price makes a new low, while RSI forms a higher low. This often signals accumulation and a potential upward move.
🐻 Bearish divergence: price makes a new high, while RSI shows a lower high. This indicates exhaustion and possible distribution.
