Swapped the creative - Facebook no longer knows what it's optimizing for. Duplicated the ad set - now two ad sets split the data and neither one gets enough to learn.

The classic mistake is launching five ad sets with four to six ads each on different audiences. The more learning events you create at once, the more your conversion data gets split and the longer everything stays in learning.

What actually works 🧠

1. Fewer ad sets - each one gets more data and learns faster. Facebook handles audience distribution now. You don't need to slice it into five different segments.

2. Accept that day two or three drop as normal. It doesn't mean the offer is dead. It means Facebook is still calculating. But by day four or five things usually start to stabilize.

3. If you increase the budget on a live ad set, do it in steps - around 20% every two to three days. Small changes are fine. Big ones reset the learning phase too.

Discipline matters more than skill here. You can build a perfect campaign and kill it yourself in two days of panic. So launch it - then leave it alone. Checking it every three hours and tweaking things is not work. It's anxiety you're paying for out of your own budget.
