Dear Finance.vote members! Help to collect tags for the first DataDAO priorities vote.

Contrary to a popular belief DAOs don’t start with multisig treasuries. They starts with consensus. Before consensus there’s only bikeshedding & confusion.

🧩² Quadratic Semantic Ballot is like a bootstrapping consensus. A seed consensus. When the list of priorities is sorted & there’s consensus, it makes sense to fund the multisig and begin operating.

It’s important that the tags that we’re arranging in the priority order don’t all come from one person.

🧩² Sync Vote betw a miniDAO & it’s environment.

For a miniDAO this first priorities vote is a way to establish consensus between members of a miniDAO and the host DAO. Because otherwise a miniDAO spending a treasury of a host DAO might just feel like some weird little exclusive club within a club. That shouldn’t be the case.

How often this vote takes place is up for discussion, there’s no blueprint for miniDAOs. And this is all theory. There’s only way to find out how this is all really working in practice.
