Position: Development Geologist

📍 Location: Tashkent

Requirements:
— Degree in Geology with 15+ years of industry experience in field development and execution.
— Solid experience in development geology; strong interpretation skills in stratigraphic and structural geology.
— Expertise in Petrel (reservoir geological modelling, mapping, well correlation).
— Proficient in mapping and cross-section/log analysis software.
— Experience in O&G reservoir characterization, reserves estimates, core description, and petrophysics.
— Experience with mature field optimization, IOR, well recompletions, and workover execution.
— Strong knowledge of reservoir engineering, geological operations, and well completion technology.
— Understanding of risk/reserves probabilistic assessment techniques.
— Ability to work proactively in a multi-disciplinary team.
