13/02/2021 - Part One
🦊 Leicester City - Brendan Rodgers confirms James #Justin has sustained an ACL injury. Will probably be out for the best part of 2021
Ayoze #Perez is "fine" and available for the game against Liverpool. Timothy #Castagne will rejoin training this weekend but it set to be out for another week to ten days. Wesley #Fofana is still "a number of weeks" away from returning.
🍬 Everton - The boss says #Calvert-Lewin and #Pickford are unavailable for Fulham, but expects them both back for Man City on Wednesday. #Gomes, James #Rodriguez and #King are all back to face Fulham. #Gbamin a month away from playing
🔨 West Ham - #Ogbonna unfortunately suffered a sprain in his left ankle in a challenge with Martial during the first half of Tuesday’s game. We don’t have a timeframe as yet but we want to get him back quickly. My understanding is it doesn’t need surgery, but he’s been checked over and we’ll know more in the next few days.
First and foremost, Issa #Diop is fine and he was fine immediately after the match too. My medical team took the right action the other night and we’re trying to do the right thing. He is in line to replace Ogbonna in the team.
Michail #Antonio is doing well, he’s had some time on the grass so hopefully he’ll be close for the weekend.
🌃 Man City - #Rodri trained quite good today and I think he will be available tomorrow, #Fernandinho is out, Ruben #Dias came back today and Sergio #Aguero made his second training session with us. Except Fernandinho, Nathan #Aké and Kevin #DeBruyne, I think the rest of the first team squad are available.
⚪️ Spurs - Mourinho will make a late call on whether he feels Gareth #Bale is ready for the game against City. Lo #Celso won't be back until next month but Serge #Aurier (calf) has a good chance. Harry #Kane has come through the last two games without a reaction.
😈 Man United - Paul #Pogba is still injured, #Bailly is available, #Jones is still out
🦅 Crystal Palace - Roy Hodgson confirmed that Wilfried #Zaha is still working to return to fitness, but said he was confident in his players’ ability to step up in his absence.
“It's only one week into his muscle injury,”, “so we’re anticipating it will take more time than that for him to recover.
“The same applies for [James] #McArthur and [James] #McCarthy, the same applies to [James] #Tomkins and Jeffrey #Schlupp.
“The only piece of good news for me is that Joel #Ward is able to come back into the squad after missing out against Leeds.”

FPL Daily Injury Updates Part 3 (23/09/2021) :

🏙 Man City - We still have a few injuries. Some of them came back a little bit in training and we will decide if they can play or not... we need to see how they react, tomorrow we will see.
#Stones, #Laporte, #Rodri, #Zinchenko and #Gundogan are the main injury doubts.

😇 Southampton - Hasenhuttl on team news: "Jack #Stephens is out for long now (3 months). Theo #Walcott is back in training today. Stuart #Armstrong is still not available. The rest are fit."

🐔 Spurs - Lucas #Moura is back for Tottenham. But Steven #Bergwijn is still out injured. Nuno unsure how long he will be out for.
#Sessegnon is also injured.

🦊 Leicester - Rodgers on Jonny #Evans: "He’s played his first 90 mins which was great. He's obviously recovering after the game and is a little sore but good news for us.

We’ll see if he can start (against Burnley) but if not, he'll be on the bench but, we have important games ahead."

James #Justin is still a few weeks away but he’s been working so hard. He’s given everything to get back. So maybe another 4-5 weeks but he’s doing very very well.”

FPL Daily Injury Updates PART 2 (10/12/2021) :

😈 Man United - "Pogba is coming back from Dubai. He is due to fly back today. He is getting better but it will be another couple of weeks before he can train again."

There are doubts over #Wan-Bissaka and #Matic. "Nemanja has a cold but tested negative for COVID.", Wan-Bissaka had "a couple of knocks"

#Varane and #Cavani are due back next week.

🛑 Liverpool - Diogo #Jota is a slight doubt for Liverpool's game at home to Aston Villa tomorrow... Jurgen Klopp's confirmed he 'felt something' after the Wolves game and hasn't trained since but is hopeful he can train today.

Divock #Origi is fine for the match but Nat #Phillips is out for a month with a broken cheekbone.

#Firmino has returned to full training but after over a month out, the game could come a little too soon for the Brazilian forward.

🦅 Crystal Palace - Joachim #Andersen trained with the team a few times this week, not certain he is fit enough yet to come in for #Tomkins.

James #McArthur has started doing some individual training and took part this morning in the first 15-20 minutes of the group session, but won't be available for the Everton game.

Nathan #Ferguson has only recently started full training. He will need a couple of weeks of full training and then will get an hour with the Under-23s.

Joel #Ward is back after suspension, likely to replace #Clyne at right back.

🐺 Wolves - No new positive Covid tests for the midlands club, #Coady and #Ait-Nouri are fit to play. #Marcal is also fit but likely to be on the bench.

#Boly has started training this week. Did three sessions and worked today. He will travel to Manchester with the squad.

🏙 Man City - Pep useful as per usual regarding City's injuries. "The fitness of Phil #Foden and Nathan #Ake will be assessed this afternoon.".

“When you have an ankle injury and you can rest for two months, you recover perfectly. But if you play every three days you have problems. Foden is improving but he will tell us how he feels before each game ”

#Rodri, #Cancelo and #Bernardo were rested midweek so all three highly likely to start.

FPL Daily Injury Updates PART I [02/05/2025]

🕊 Brighton - JP Van #Hecke is ready to start after being concussed last week. #Veltman, #Lamptey, #Igor and #Mitoma are all options from start as well.

Adam #Webster is back in training.

#Giorginio Rutter is still out, but he may play again this season, Joao #Pedro is still suspended.

James #Milner and Ferdi #Kadioglu miss out too.

🦊 Leicester City - Mads #Hermansen has undergone surgery and will miss the rest of the season

Jakub #Stolarczyk will come in and play the remaining games.

Ricardo #Pereira, Bobby De #Cordova-Reid and Facundo #Buonanotte will also miss the game against Southampton.

All three came off against Wolves last weekend.

A number of academy players will feature on the bench on Saturday.

🏙 Man City - #Rodri and Erling #Haaland are both back in training, however neither are likely to feature vs Wolves tomorrow night.

🚜 Ipswich - Leif #Davis remains suspended for the Tractorboys, and (similar to the Olympics in 1988, Ben #Johnson is banned too.

🐺 Wolves - Wolves have a few small injuries head off their trip to Manchester tomorrow night.

Connor #Roberts will not return until next month.

🐦‍⬛️ Newcastle - There wasn't much by the way of team news in the Newcastle press conference, as most of it was dominated by Alexander Isak talk.

The Swede will not be part of the squad to face Liverpool on Monday night, however new signing Jacob #Ramsey will be in the squad.

Joe #Willock has been in training, and could be on the bench after picking up an injury in the Asian tour.

🐝 Brentford - Vitaly #Janelt and
Gustavo #Nunes are both making good progress, but won't be available this weekend against Aston Villa.

Mikkel #Damsgaard, Ethan #Pinnock, Yunus Emre #Konak and Paris #Maghoma are all back in contention however.

🍒 Bournemouth - Ryan #Christie has trained all week so it is hoped he would be available for the game against Wolves.

Justin #Kluivert has done some things in training with the team, but it's unlikely he will play.

Luis #Sinisterra is finally fit, but leaves the club on loan to go and play in Brazil.

🏙 Man City - #Savinho, Mateo #Kovacic, Josko #Gvardiol, and Marcus #Bettinelli are ruled out against Spurs.

Phil #Foden, #Rodri and #Ederson are fit and available, it is not yet decided who will start in goal.

🐺 Wolves - New signing Jackson #Tchatchoua, could play if he is deemed Matt fit enough.

🌃 Man City - Omar #Marmoush and Rayan #Ait-Nouri returned to training yesterday and are both close to coming back.

🍒 Bournemouth - #Evanilson has recovered from injury and will travel to Manchester.

🦅 Crystal Palace - The manager has yet to make a final decision as to whether or not Chris #Richards will start against Brentford, the defender has had some injury problems this week.

Richards has been in training though.

Eddie #Nketiah will be out until after the international break due to a minor muscle injury

Adam #Wharton is out with illness.

🏡 Fulham - Joachim #Andersen is available, while #Muniz, #Chukwueze, #Wilson and #Smith-Rowe are all in contention to feature against Wolves.

🐓 Spurs - Cristian #Romero, Destiny #Udogie and Wilson #Odobert are available for selection for Saturday.

Dominic #Solanke won't be back before the coming international break. Kota #Takai is set to return to training after a quad injury.

🐝 Brentford - Antoni #Milambo has suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury and will miss the rest of the campaign, while Josh #Dasilva also remains sidelined.

🍒 Bournemouth - The Cherries have no injuries for the weekend.

Matai #Akinmboni, who normally trains with the first team has a muscle injury and is recovering.

After the City game it looked like five or six players had knocks, but luckily they were all just knocks and everyone will be available, including Alex #Jimenez and Tyler #Adams.

🐺 Wolves - Rodrigo #Gomes and #Doherty are injured.

#Agbadou was sent off last week, but otherwise the rest are available.

🤍 Leeds - It will be a late call on the availability of Dominic #Calvert-Lewin for GW10.

He hasn't yet trained with the team yet.

Sebastian Bornauw is also a doubt and a late call with an MCL injury.

Willy Gnonto is available after training for two weeks

The rest of the squad is available.

🐓 Spurs - Everyone came through the Champions League in midweek okay

Mohammed #Kudus is touch and go for this gameweek against Man United.

Dom #Solanke is still out.

🍬 Everton - #N'diaye looks to be available as he has trained all week.

🦅 Crystal Palace - Adam #Wharton is a doubt following his recent bout of illness.

Ismaila #Sarr complaint of hamstring tightness but he still played and scored a double in the Europa conference league

🐈‍⬛ Sunderland - Omar# Alderete will be absent again after taking a step back in his recovery from a concussion because of lingering symptoms.

🎈 Liverpool - Conor #Bradley and Florian #Wirtz are both set to miss out against Nottingham Forest due to injuries picked up in the international break.

Bradley is set to miss the next three weeks. Florian Wirtz won't be that long

Jeremie #Frimpong is still not available for the next couple of weeks.

Andy #Robertson didn't train yesterday for private reasons, could be celebrating after Scotland qualified for the World Cup.

🌃 Man City - Almost a clean bill of health for the Citizens against Newcastle tomorrow, everyone is fit, apart from #Rodri and Mateo #Kovacic.

🕊 Brighton - Yasin #Ayari is ok, Jack #Hinshelwood is back available, as is Brajan #Gruda.

However #Mitoma is a doubt

💎 Chelsea - Cole #Palmer has suffered a toe injury at home, so will miss the next couple of Premier League games at least.

#Caicedo came back last night, he's OK and he will train today.
