FPL Daily Injury Updates (28/03/22) 🏥 :
#Bamford will miss the rest of the season. 'Following meetings with consultants earlier this week, we can confirm Patrick has ruptured his plantar fascia [although] he will not require surgery. It is expected that Patrick will be on the side-lines for a minimum of six weeks'
#Phillips, #Cooper and #Llorente have all trained this week and they will be available for Saints. #Raphinha has also recovered from illness, while Klich has completed the concussion protocol. #Meslier should be OK after suffering severe bruising to his thigh and lower torso.
Fabian #Delph was involved with the group. Frank #Lampard is hopeful that the midfielder can be in first-team contention after the break. Yerry #Mina will step up his recovery at Finch Farm this week.
French outlet Le Parisien reports that Paul #Pogba sat out of Les Bleus' training session on Sunday after suffering a 'foot contusion'. Raphael #Varane, who also picked up a knock against the Ivory Coast, trained away from the main group.
The French FF confirms that Crystal Palace midfielder Michael #Olise has been withdrawn from the Under-21 squad due to "inflammation" in his left foot. The 20-year-old was introduced as a 64th minute substitute during Thursday nights' qualifying win over Faroe Islands.
#Dubravka was illness-related, while #Schar has been managing a persistent groin issue for a while now... So, hopefully, more of a precaution given the non-competitive nature of #SUI fixtures.
#Stones may not be risked vs the Ivory Coast. "He felt something in the warm-up," #Southgate said. "We don't think it's too serious. It's possible he could be OK for Tuesday, but we didn't have time to assess it properly before KO, so we didn't want to take any chances."
football london now confirming it is indeed a precautionary measure after complaining of 'tightness' in his thigh. #Davies should be fine for the visit of Newcastle on Sunday.
Andy #Robertson has returned to training after missing Scotland's game against Poland.
