Check the Experts tab in the ToolBox to catch issues before they escalate.

Sometimes a trading robot doesn’t behave as expected. To figure out what went wrong, just look at the logs—no more guesswork required.

In the MetaTrader platform, open the ToolBox window and switch to the Experts tab. There, you’ll see detailed messages about the bot’s activity: from technical notifications to critical errors. If something won’t launch or strange glitches occur, the first hints will be in the log.

When contacting support, always include your log: either take a screenshot or export it as text. Developers typically spot the root cause just by scanning the first lines—this saves time and gets you a faster solution.
