S3_PayOFF (+1588$) vs. S1_PayOFF (-208$) // What’s happening?

According to the summary table, S3_PayOFF made a strong move (+1588$), while S1_PayOFF slipped into the red (-208.46$). Looks like someone switched on “Rebuild Mode,” and here we are.
