Naegleria fowleri, the brain-eating amoeba, lives in warm freshwater like lakes and rivers. It can enter the body through the nose during swimming or diving. Once inside, it travels to the brain, causing primary amebic meningoencephalitis (PAM), a rare and usually fatal infection. Most cases occur in the southern United States.

Long story short, we could take the name @googlefactss as it was available again.
If you are still in the old channel, you will see the posts are being deleted by the new owners.
That channel is now gone and banned because of what they did..

This channel you see now will be similar to the original, but will avoid paid advertising as long as possible.
Cross promotions may happen, but that is different.

Luckily we saved some messages and posts in a back up. Those will be reposted as soon as possible.

We start from scratch, but we are back.

Apologies for all the confusion, but we could only now take the name.

Greetings and salutations,

Team @googlefactss.

During World War II, engineers studied planes that returned from missions. They first thought the areas with the most bullet holes needed armor. Statistician Abraham Wald realized this was survivorship bias. Survivorship bias happens when you focus only on survivors and ignore failures. The undamaged areas on returning planes were actually the critical spots. Planes hit there did not survive. He recommended reinforcing those undamaged areas.

There is a tribe in Zimbabwe who have two toes on each foot. It possibly aids in tree climbing. The condition prevails because of a small genetic pool among the Vadoma and is propagated by the tribal law that forbids members to marry outside the group.

Both Gummy candies and cars are coated with carnauba wax. In candies, it gives a shiny surface and stops them from sticking together. In cars, it protects paint, repels water, and gives a glossy finish. Carnauba wax comes from palm leaves in Brazil. It is very hard, has a high melting point, and is safe to eat. This natural wax works well in both food and automotive uses because it is durable, glossy, and heat-resistant. Sadly it does not keep cars from sticking together😉.

Phagocytosis is the brain eating itself.

The working of the brain creates a kind of debris that has to be removed, otherwise it builds up and disrupts things. Most of this eating happens when we sleep, that’s one theory to why we even need sleep.

Brazil’s Amazon is home to over 100 uncontacted Indigenous groups who, after traumatic encounters with outsiders and the memory of enslavement, choose isolation to protect themselves; they often hide deep in the forest or actively resist contact—shooting arrows at intruders or planes—to defend their territory and health.
