Nemophila, also called “baby blue eyes,” are small blue flowers that bloom every spring in Japan. They cover entire hillsides, creating a “sea of blue” effect. The most famous display is at Hitachi Seaside Park, where around 5.3 million flowers bloom from mid-April to early May, attracting large numbers of visitors each year.
