1. Verify the invoices for accuracy against the rate in purchase order and quantity from receipt notes.
2. Update the invoice reference in the system against the purchases bookings.
3. Maintain document control, sorting and filing the supplier invoices with respective original supplier delivery notes and with original purchase order.
4. Maintain VAT record on purchases and prepare the standard rated expenses for VAT Filing.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Must have experience in travel industry, such as knowledge of hotel, transportation, flights and air tickets about the invoicing standards.
• VAT experience will be value added
