We are Hiring Sales Executive
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and successfully finalizing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use own expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both existing and new customers.
Responsibilities:
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts and exceed sales targets
Manage complex negotiations with senior level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Identify target key decision-makers and key influencers across all prospect organizations and develop strong relationships to develop new business opportunities
Drive awareness of and create demand for the products in portfolio
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and company visits
Actively seek out new sales and marketing opportunities through cold calling, networking or in social media platforms
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and sales techniques
Help to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
Minimum 3 years’ experience within a sales/business development focused role preferably in a multinational organization
Proven successful sales background with non-stop motivation for sales
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
Should be proficient in MS Office software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work flexible hours as the job demands and travel when required
With UAE driver’s license
Bilingual (Arabic & English) and/or can speak an Eastern European language
